2022 10 06 RPAC Fantasy Island Luau

Our second annual RPAC event. Last years party was a blast, and we will knock the coconuts off the tree this year..... This years theme is a Hawaiian Luau with prizes for Biggest Lei (Women), Most Provocative Hawaiian Shirt (Men), Hula Hoop Contest, Limbo Contest, 50/50 drawing. A raffle that includes: 1 drawing for 6 months technology fees ($324 value), 1 - drawing for 10 - $25 Gift Cards to local restaurants in Blackford, Delaware, & Henry County ($250 value), 2 - drawings for surprise items being finalized. Tickets are on sale at the Association Office. 1 ticket for $10 OR 3 tickets for $25. Individual Cash Auctions for: REALTOR Branded Umbrella, REALTOR Branded Belt and Buckle, REALTOR Branded Backpack, 2 Blue REALTOR Branded handkerchiefs/scarves, 2 Pink handkerchiefs/scarves. Dinner Menu: Beef Medallions in mushroom garlic sauce, seasoned chicken quarters, parmesan roasted broccoli, baby potatoes with olive oil and sea salt, classic dinner salad with dressing. Mini dessert bar with mini cheesecakes, mini brownie bites, lemon squares, and turtle brownies. Drinks: Water, tea, lemonade. Cash bar available. RESERVATIONS NEED MADE THROUGH THE MEMBERPLUS APP OR MEIAR OFFICE, AND BEFORE NOON OCTOBER 1ST. READ THE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU ARE BRINGING A GUEST!!   

Time

Approximate schedule: Social hour 5 - 6 pm. Dinner will be served buffet style at 6:00pm, speakers will begin at between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. Photo Booth, DJ, Dancing, Games. Auction begins at 9:00pm. Raffle ticket sales will end after auction, winners will be announced shortly after. Contest winners will be named after raffle is complete.
